it would be tiny spaces if you build this into 100 sq meter, everything that you see will be scale down, those big screen tv would be size down. But good design though. I would open the dinning room to the kitchen and put an island counter top. That would seats 4 , Ill put u on my list just incase

the title was my concern too: 10X10 2 STOREY HOUSE DESIGN (100SQM) 5 BEDROOM...said to myself there's no way for this house with all the space would be feasible in a 100sqm area. Until it was mentioned at 5:05 in the video hahha...ayusin kasi ang title para di misleading hehehe but kudos ha ang ganda ng design na to. I think sakto talaga xa sa 204sqm. So if 204sqm x 25,000/sqm = P5,100,000.00 :)

A great 3 bedroom house, instead of squeezing in 2 extra tiny rooms you could have used that extra space to make the 3 other bedrooms bigger than a shoebox.

Awesome... can this be change, I preferred an open space between living room, Dining area and the kitchen area, no partition. Enclosed 3 car garage .... Roof: open deck with 1 bathroom and a wet bar for party Add the laundry area washing machine and Dryer.

This is a really good design, especially the interior. One comment I have is that the Master's bedroom is at the ground floor. Personally, I prefer it to always be at the highest floor and should have the balcony access if it wouldn't be made accessible for everyone.

ang ganda sir, sir baka pwede request ng design for house na bongalow then may send floor lang sa tapos mismo ng garahe. may plan po kasi ma renovate ng house pero di kakayanin ng main house ang 2nd floor so decided sa may garage n lang ilalagay
