I have a question for a better player. What happens at 3:49? Why cant you parry both the fireball and the tatsu if both are forward parries?

By adding the tatsumaki along with the super fireball, the parry timing becomes trickier. He was parrying the fireball with the normal rhythm, but adding the tatsu, he would have to hit forward faster for the tatsu timing as well.

@@KingofMilktea okay so its possible to parry that in theory, but if the timing on the fireball happens to miss the tatsu you get hit. Thx I never how that worked.

@@wildwest1832 Yes, there are also cases where they parry something like a shinku hadouken, and ryu tatsus right after it, but the tatsumaki's hits are almost in sync with the shinku's hit timing, in which case you just have to parry the the fireball hit and the tatsu hit overlapping each other

as a Urien player, yes, Akuma is a bad matchup against Urien. When both players with the same skill levels play against each other, the Akuma player always has the advantage.

I found a matchup chart that said its 5-5, but I feel just as a low level player its tough for urien.

@@wildwest1832 I don't think it's 5-5 since Akuma can escape evry mirror setup with teleport and Urien can NOT duck tatsumaki
