The secret is butter, lots of butter. Make cinnamon buns and just coat the things in butter. I used to eat a box of cinnabon a week in university. All I can say is I hit freshman 30lbs real fast. I haven't eaten one in over 10years. It's probably 5 hour drive to the nearest cinnabon for me now, thank god.
