Well, it doesn’t show weak spots, it shows estimated position of modules and crews (sometimes quite inaccurate or the armor is too strong to be penetrated). You should search about wot hub (official wot mod website). The mod on the replay is aslain’s mod pack - it is totally legal and get reviewed every patch by WG employees :))

It depends, some people do it for show, others might wiggle the gun up in order to avoid people shoot to their cupola 😄😄😄
