This is by far the most impressive design I've ever come across. Exceptionally classy and not cluttered with too many furnitures, fixtures & designs. The neutral colors with highlights are treat to eyes. Simplicity and elegance at it's best. I totally agree with you on "less is more".

I can see so much jealousy going on comments on architecture & the house, why talk about tsunami? Tsunami is not the only threat we have around us.... just be appreciative for such an accomplishment .., I think the property owner would have considered all the facts before building such a beautiful home for himself... this shows how courageous and determined the landlord must be to built his dream home. Probably he likes to be much closer to the nature particularly by sea. I love this project

Beautiful colour tones very classy and spacious bedrooms. The kitchen appeared a tad small and I was surprised such a beautiful home not having a pooja room. Maybe it wasn't shown for whatever reasons. And if I was the client I would have thrown in a beautiful gym and a clay court tennis court 😉😜 but I guess in the end it's the clients home and his call. Beautiful home, classy yet muted and awesome furniture. Good job by the design and build team 👍👍

Today we were going on ECR road and we stopped the car in nursery which is beside the prathna theatre and between these two things there was a narrow road and I know that this house is in that street so that only I said to go inside the road and then we saw this paradise. I absolutely love the exterior design. I love the color combination in the interior. It's just gorgeous. But unfortunately this house also falls in the cold and soulless ultra modern houses category. It feels empty and depressing for some reason. It doesn't have the warm and cozy feeling.

I disagree.. You are seeing an empty house but remember, three generations live under this one roof... The openness & view to the sea bring the life right back in the house... Imagine waking to the sunrise everyday in the morning in front of the open sea with family around.... You cannot beat this...
