Not an expert, but as a fellow who lost a lot with pluto in capri, 1. I cared lots for that part of me who feel very victimized by life (self hugging, crying, accepting the losses, cherishing me, encouraging me, doing yoga by myself, working on my primitive reflexes…) 2.Visualizing that I become shining and powerful, following whatever visual comes that make me easy or a little joyful 3. Finding safety again and again alone. 4. Risking by accepting only small jobs that feel easy and give me the basic money so to feel safe… so I honor my value but also my need for safety. 5. Being open for any good thing and making it look like giant (if a child smiles at me I talk about it for the whole day, if I dream something nice, if my body has no pain…any small good thing becomes super big for me) 6. Faith in yourself (if you love all your parts, even the victime, even the “wrong one”, even the weak one, even the lost one, as well as the powerful one, the loving one, the faithful one… then Life has no other choice that give you all you need ❤ Hope this helps 💜🙏💜
