Even Brad being the one to finally disclose the truth was an act to prove to someone he loves (maybe for more selfish reasons than not), that he can do the right thing even if it was the wrong time, place and way to go about it.

I truly felt for everyone involved in this, and maxie should've been up front as soon as she miscarried. But I'm still so angry that Brad told lulu and Dante about Connie's true paternity and didn't tell them about Rocco really being Dante and lulu's baby.

Like I said before, I felt for everyone involved in this, and I still don't believe Maxie's intentions were malicious in any way. But, once again, this entire mess was her fault, 100%. All of this heartache, every single bit of it, could have been avoided, if she had told the truth from the very beginning. That's all she had to do.

I mean, I'm more than sure that there is no easy way to say, "Lulu and Dante, I'm so sorry, but I lost your baby", but still, it would have to be easier than everything that Maxie did. I'm sure she could have found a way to tell them. AND, the same goes for Spinelli!!!! He could have up and told them without Maxie!!! It doesn't make sense to me how he could have won custody of the baby when HE KNEW EVERYTHING that Maxie was up to and knew that the baby didn't belong to Lulu and Dante, and yet he did nothing. It literally blows my mind.

To be fair Spinelli didn't find out the baby was his until after it was born.So he couldn't exactly approach Dante and Lulu and tell them that their baby had died and the baby they just saw been born was his.

Alaena Marie No, there was no easy way for her to tell Dante and Lulu that she lost their baby. But if she had, all of this could have been avoided. She made the situation much worse by not telling them. And to be fair, Spinelli was also kept int he dark about Maxie's secret until after his and Maxie's kid was born. He definitely wanted to be a father to his daughter, but probably didn't know what to do. He probably thought revealing everything would have made things worse. In the end though, everything did get much worse. But then again, the only person to really and fully blame for what happened in that storyline, is Maxie, not Spinelli. Yes, he chose whatever it was, but at the end of the say, all of the blame goes to Maxie.

Maybe the judge ordered a cop to go with Spinelli and Ellie when they got the baby to make sure everything went smoothly.Plus the judge knew that Lulu planned to run away with the baby and maybe he was worried she would try to run.

Yeah. Even Dante said in an earlier episode that they usually have an officer go along to pick up kids and make sure nothing bad happens.

Probably. The judge probably sent a cop there to make sure Lulu and Dante complied with the order. I felt so bad for them, but they didn't have a choice.

Spanelli should not have gotten the baby either because he was living with Elle and not being married. Elle is not her mother and should have never been allowed to be near his and Maxie's baby either.
