Definitely has a wide stance... Check out Judd Luster Storm which had a 1' wider front stance than the rear... It should have done better than it did in road races

Check out Georg Plato,he was the best,broke countless records as a privateer doing what he loved and his BMW M class with only 570 horsepower kicks the the crap out of this 11,000 horsepower car Sadly he passed away from a crash in Italy 2011 with a mechanical failure,his death was a sad one and with 4 people at the scene no one helped him

Nowadays with many cars powered by 2.0 turbo 4cyl, racing should be switching to that configuration. I remember the days of F1 1.5 liter turbo 4 cylinders cranking out 1000+ hp. That was a show!

You probably saw Georg Plasa's BMW 134 Judd. Unfortunately he was killed in an accident driving that car 10 years ago. This SLK is essentially the same car in a different shell. Reto was a close friend of Plasa's and I think he recruited many of the same engineers who had worked with Plasa before.

One of those dreams every gearhad has: nothing but a mighty high-RPM NA-engine like the Judd V8 and V10s paired with a sequential gearbox, a very lightweight body with rollcage and RWD. Monsters like this (also reminds me of the M3 GTR, the DBR9 and the Viper GTS-R) will never get old :-D

won’t probably do a great lap, because all the aero wouldn’t allow for top speeds in the back straight, but if you stop the chrono right before the straight boi it’d be a rocket

@@datutturugang666 It's not just the back straight, Nordschleife is a pretty fast track altogether. Think of Flugplatz/Schwedenkreuz, Fuchsröhre, Bergwerk.

Georg Plaza with his 134 judd was here in Falperra in 2011 .... the noise of the 134 judd was much more beautiful than this. unfortunately george passed away, and no more was heard of his car. I would like to see the 134 judd again. R.I.P Georg Plaza
