I would think 11 and Paradise Galleries would be the most realistic for the pricing if you’re trying to buy brand new. But personally, I searched and waited a while on Facebook marketplace for a used “real” car seat to surface for about 20$ instead of getting one that looks pretty obviously for dolls brand new. Not just because of the realism but also because I think most actual car seats have better padding because they’re intended for the comfort of real babies and that padding helps stop road vibrations from shaking up a Reborn doll artist’s work during travel. The specific one I got is a Chico and I absolutely love it!! But there IS one drawback to real car seats and that’s that they are very heavy to lug around, even for a short distance.
