I actually don’t watch you for your styling tips, but for the way you live life. One of the most important lessons I have learned from you is that when it’s time to change, embrace it and enjoy it, and know that you can do well in other roles. Your Patreon videos got me through my last year of teaching in a toxic environment, allowing me to visualize myself in a new identity. Now, after a year of working in a bicycle shop (of all places), I’ll soon be a daycare teacher at a beautiful university where I can take classes for free and continue pursuing new things that interest me. Cheers to growth and change!

It’s interesting to observe most of the minimalist KZbinrs evolve and realise they were living too restrictively. To me it resembled sometimes the pattern of other restrictive behaviours, like with food for example (it’s the one I could relate to), I’m very happy to see people relax into their lives and let go of a bit of control.

I agree...I have been observing this trend as well and it seems like embracing the change, letting go of the previous season and patterns is helping people grow. The restrictive behaviour has served it's purpose. Holding on to it would be unhealthy and lead to problems. There is an appointed time for everything. And there is a time for every event under heaven... Ecclesiastes 3:1 ❤ God is always doing something new.

The part of the restricting-binging cycle makes so much sense. I was beating myself up over buying new pieces for my wardrobe after a very restrictive period (emigrating overseas and financial reasons). Now I am in a better place financially and I can afford to buy some pieces that have been on my wishlist for quite some time and even though every purchase has been very well considered, I kept feeling guilty. Now that I look at it from your point of view, it does make more sense. I will still be mindful about my wardrobe but this little bit of cognitive behavioral therapy was very much needed. I learned a lot from you and I will continue to keep these lessons in mind going forward. I just wanted to say thank you for yet another little gem of wardrobe wisdom dat will definitely make a difference in my life ❤

Your channel is very artistic in the way you shot, light, and edit:) What I got from observing minimalism (am not a practitioner) is to be more critical in buying what I truly like and use often, not based on price tag, trend, or obsession. I find that I now spend more for each item while buying fewer items.

I found the Minimalist Reset course so helpful! I did it twice, 10/10. I do the saving-money-I-want-to-spend thing too and it works so well! No I do not need a candle, yes I do want to save for a holiday. I know Patreon is phasing in the option to sell digital products over there, so you could always offer CAS there if you're reluctant to say goodbye to all the content entirely.

The intensity of the color is too strong for her complexion. I remember her owning cholocate brown sweater and it also didn't look good on her. I think she is some kind of summer in a seasonal color analysis. Maybe soft summer...Lighter dustier colors more on a cooler side look best on her.
