last year, i had the luck to drive one of those...guys, this car is absolutely stunning! I drove faster cars, yes, with much more power...but the RCZ is so MUCH fun to drive, the agility is unbelievable, you feel the car, you feel everything, you move with it, brake with it, accelarate with it...It was just fantastic *____*

You can't label this.the fastest production car in France. It might be in a straight line, but when it comes to speed around a track, the Renault Megane RS 275 destroys it. Even the RS265 will kill it.

Well actually, Peugeot didn't really do a true lap time on the ring, so we don't know about the time. I think it might be under 8 minutes because it's nearly as fast as the MRS 265 on the Ferte-Gaucher racetrack.

It can't go more than 155mph because of the gearbox limit but if the 6th gear was longer or it had a 7 speed auto, it could've gone to 170 probably

This might sound like a stupid question but why speed limit a car? If this car could do more than 155 why limit it at 155? Some for bmw's they also limit their cars even though they could go much faster. I don't get the point. 1 : it's dangerous, because that car is still a 308. 2 : you may have the engine but you won't have the chassis, because that car is still a 308. 3 : you may get to that kind of speed, but no one will admit that you'll need a long ass straight, because that car is still a 308. 4 : you may go faster, but you'll destroy the engine, because that car is still a Peugeot. 5, 6, 7 etc because that car is still a Peugeot 308.

But the tires,the rims, the bearings, the suspensions won't be able to sustain all that stress, so the chassis will suffer and eventually you'll end up on 3 wheels or similar XD. No, seriously, running at 155+ mph on the dyno is "no problem", running at 155+ mph on a track is something, but you'll need some big ass wheels and some big ass suspension ad an rock hard frame so run at 155+ mph on an actual (straight) road.
