Roshi’s combo is the same as his grab move in BT3. The only thing you forgot to check, but yeah the grab is basically 1:1 with what he did in the Sparking Zero trailer. It basically confirms grabs are returning, they just showed him doing it before the grab animation it seems

This is something that Dragon Ball fans have completely forgotten at this point, but in Dragon Ball Super, in the Battle of Gods arc, Beerus has this technique that nullifies energy to 0, it's possible that that is what Whis is doing during this trailer

Yeah, I think Whis canceled Beerus' Sphere of Destruction or something along the lines. The attack detonated before Whis started to advance behind him, so he did something there. It would have hit otherwise if he didn't.

With how many trailers we’re getting pretty much back to back, I think it’s pretty safe to assume that the release date could be announced this fall or winter, and the release date could be next fall or winter, spring at the absolute earliest (based on those times of years being when DBZ games release)

Actually KaDazee The attack that beerus is using in 4:23 on whis is not sphere of destruction that is actually cataclysmic orb/Destruction ball, and the attack that beerus is using in 5:04 is not Supernova that is actually Sphere of Destruction beerus ultimate attack just to let you know.

I still think that Whis Ice Cream thing is supposed to be those character buffs like Saiyan Soul, Fake Courage and Finish Sign. Since he does that animation in Kakarot during Battle phases for buffs. Watch Beerus have Sleep as well similar to how Kid Buu had in BT3.

The video even shows off Goku’s Ultimate Blast when this line is said.

1:42 I think remember seeing this combo from the original Dragon Ball anime. It might be from that time Master Roshi and Goku used a "Drunken Fist" fighting style on each other during a tournament. Because I recall that ending shoulder bash being a common attack with that style of fighting. (A fake trip/slip into a pivot that focuses all your weight into an attack)

Something I noticed that you didn't mention here is that we saw Android saga 17 and 18, but on the roster screen only 18 was a new addition. So it would seem that Super's 17 and Z's 17 are one character with two costumes

The "slow down" effect you're talking about is called an impact frame. It's when the animations turn into high contrasting (usually monochromatic) silhouettesto stylize action scenes. You should look it up!

iirc, you talked about the Z counter on another video, but I see you didn't mention it here 8:00 It breaks you out of _any_ contact move _at any point,_ and yes even combo specials, but the timing is astronomically strict *and* in the case of the timings of each hit, you need to memorize the frames of each attack separately, so you can Z counter accordingly. On top of that, when it is succesfully done, at the vanishing strike, you can press circle to counter the Z counter, and the opponent can do the same, but each time a..."Z counter counter" is done, the sequence gets faster, and faster, and faster, and faster, until a player cannot keep up with it and fails. A friend of mine and I played almost 12 hours per day for almost a year, and until the end, we were able to pull this off consistently, and get a 10 sequences of "Z counter counter" Yes, it is _hard, really, really, really hard_ to do it, but it is an option (ofc, you can mash ↑ + □ until it works, but it is too inconsistent)

I like how compact Krillin's scattering bullet is in this game. It looks like it may actually deal some damage this time around. Since in ther previous games the area covered was so wide, the targeted character barely got hit by any of them - and the move is barely worth using. With the shower of projectiles being this dense though - it may actually be good.

I really hope that they finally give a release date with the next trailer. I’ve literally been playing both BT2 and BT3 for the past three months to prep myself for Sparking Zero.? The characters I’m most hyped to play as are Goku Black, DBS Trunks, Vegito Blue, UI Omen Goku, Gogeta Blue, SSG Goku and Vegeta, and Future Gohan. I dying to see how the story mode is gonna be and I hope it has the Free Roam and story telling of BT2 and the in-game dialogue and cutscene/transformation queues from BT3

Man it would be so awesome if you had the option to super boost your ki waves by pressing square or something like for example gohan while fighting cell, at the end his ki wave became larger, just imagine being at low hp and using that skill to turn the tables around
