start progresively(idk how to write it) waking up earlier ! for example if you usually wake up at 9:00, start waking up at 8:30 and as the days go on and you get used to waking up at that hour, start waking up a little bit more earlier. do that process until you achive your goal ;)

16:19 fun fact, it's also an Slavic old person thing! In Slavic countries like Belarus and Russia there's this "steaming your legs" method (I'd rather say boiling lol) and is used to help sick kids. They also add aroma oils in hot water and sometimes they lubricate the kid's feet with bear fat cream and put on socks to keep the warmth for longer.

1. stop snoozing and keep what you promised to yourself 2. drink warm water in the morning 3. vitamins 4. go walk outside before the sun fully rises. friend = accountability partner. 5. 3 pages a day, any genre. 6. podcast or audiobook (tam, fernanda, or ali) 7. 2x speed 8. work out for 15 mins at least a day 9. steamy foot baths at night while reading 3 pages. stretch at night. 10. look over schedule, write everything down, plan for next day. time block at 5 min intervals.

Can you share more with us please? I do that about waking on my first alarm. I can't set multiple alarms because it triggers my nerves. Luckily I can wake up on only one alarm set. Most of them are great tips to improve yourself but,I dont think watching 2x ll help because it decreases your focus time and patience. I used to watch everything in2x speed and I’ve relaised that I can’t focus on ppls speach in real life. When I forced myself to watch videos on normal speed(and watch till end for sure) i see the benefits especially as a dental student 😭

i usually only have 1-2 classes a day now in college, but i also used to have 6 in high school and my best tip is to focus on whatever you are doing at the moment and not jump from subject to subject!

I agree with everything but the x2 speed thing... a microhabit should be to stop doing that. Our generation's attention spare keeps getting lower and lower because of this like this, tiktok, reels... we need to train or patience and we should be able to watch a 20 min KZbin video without feeling like we need to save time to be productive. Not healthy at all.
