Hey !! Usually people use equal portion of these things but I find that to be too much ghee and too much sugar.. I totally eye-balled the recipe actually..I took about 2 cups of besan to which I added ghee in parts as shown in the video..Sugar was again added till the time I felt it was sweet enough. 😃

Very beautiful vlog mam...my mom in law makes besan k ladoo n irs looks almost similar to them..they add home made chini bura..I don't know the exact recipe of how they make that home made chini bura but yes the procedure is same like mixing it after cooling down...also the mushroom lights are v nice ..❤❤❤

You can add ghee uptil the point that it gets mudy in texture. I don't like to add beyond that instead I choose to roast the besan enough so it releases all the ghee back. If you add more ghee then roasting process will be faster and you will even get a beautiful color@@deepika308

Thank you so much for watching the video 😃 I usually wash the linens the normal way..if there's avery stubborn stain of haldi or something then placing the fabric in sun helps iwth getting rid of it. I like to immediately wipe off any spills and use placemats on a daily basis 😃
