Amazing track! one of my faves from the incredibly underrated album. A few questions for anyone who might know.. Who is the guy in the 'sleepwalking to disaster' sample? What are the lyrics!? (always wondered what she is singing) and what is the medieval sounding wind instrument that comes in about 3:40? always gives me goosebumps when that comes in. Thanks for posting!

I'm not absolutely certain, but I think the "sleepwalking to disaster" sample is from Dennis Healey, a prominent Labour politician of the 60's and 70's.
