Witaj. Małe sprostowanie. Transport publiczny jest płatny, tylko w niektórych miejscowościach jest darmowy. Ale to rzadkie wyjątki. Jeśli chodzi o święta Bożego narodzenia i 12 potraw: Zgodnie z chrześcijańskim zwyczajem 12 dań wigilijnych ma przypominać o apostołach, którzy zasiedli z Jezusem do ostatniej wieczerzy (Judasz nie został uwzględniony). Natomiast według wierzeń ludowych ta parzysta liczba nawiązuje do miesięcy w roku (potrawy stanowią podziękowanie za każdy z nich)

Most of our "Christian" customs are actually just Slavic traditions, that the Church couldn't get rid of, so they added a Christian meaning to them. Not saying you're wrong, but I would guess that the 12 months symbolism was much more important, because Wigilia was a Slavic celebration.
