The part about how older women are selective about who deserves their time and energy really resonated with me. They understand their worth and aren’t afraid to walk away from anything or anyone that doesn’t contribute positively to their lives. This self-respect and boundary-setting is something we can all learn from, especially in today’s world where it's easy to get caught up in people-pleasing.
