1. Almost no girls are active with me on social media, but I don't post much either. They usually spam me with stuff I'm not interested in. 2. Last three girls who complimented me were married... I think a coworker has a crush on me. (And i on her) She showed almost all of the signs that you're talking about in your video's, and she always came to me for help. We had funny conversations, we started texting, and all of a sudden she is super shy around me. At first i thought she was ignoring me, bc she's looking the other way when she passes me, and she isn't looking or smiling at me anymore. But before all of this happened, i did try to ask her out (bc it was going on for months), she replied that it was inappropriate. But strangely enough, the week after that she was flirting with me even more, and later that week she started (what seemed like) ignoring me. Until there was a moment that we looked at eachother, and she was blushing, looking at me as if she wanted to smile but didnt know how. Later that day there was another moment that we looked at eachother and she smiled again. Only thing is, i don't know what to do next. I have decided to give her some space, but i 'fear' that when i do too little, it will die out. I completely understand that it is difficult in the workplace, knowing that some other coworkers may act childish when they'll find out. And i think this is the reason why she is trying not to show that she likes me.
