For HOT SPOTS just go to mycareer and put it on rookie and shoot and make like 10 shot FROM EACH SPOT get the court fully red and go to lethal shooter to turn it purple... I just saved u a lot of time You're Welcome

The visual cue is different with different Jumpshots so practice your jump shot and see where you need to release for it to be green when you find where your supposed to release you will shoot way better
