11 Throat Chakras for Truth and Expression - Frequencies for Balancing the Minor Chakras

✨In this sound bath, we will be focusing on the 11 energy points that make up the Throat Chakra:
•Thyroid Gland
•Parathyroid Glands
•Larynx
•Epiglottis
•Jaws
•Pharynx
•Palate
•Neck
•Tonsils
•Esophagus
•Primary Thoat Chakra
Some have defined these energy centers as their own 'minor' chakras associated with the Throat ‘primary' chakra.
✨In this practice, we will focus on each of these areas, cleansing, clearing and re-balancing them with specific frequencies. I've personally interpreted their representation in vibration form in the list below:
G note Tibetan bowl - Palate and jaws
Throat tuning fork - Thyroid Gland and parathyroid gland
Throat chime - Larynx and esophagus
G crystal bowl - Neck
G tube harp - Tonsils, pharynx, and epiglottis
Low Octave G crystal bowl - Throat Chakra Center
💙The Tibetan singing bowl note G that resonates at -Hz and represents the The Palate and Jaws
💙The Hz Mercury Throat tuning fork represents the Thyroid Gland and Parathyroid Glands 💙The Hz Tube Harp represents the Tonsils, Pharynx, and Epiglottis
💙The Hz Mercury Throat chime represents the Larynx and Esophagus
💙And lastly, the Hz crystal singing bowl note G represents the primary Throat Chakra
By aligning all 10 of these minor chakras with the primary chakra, we allow any blockages to clear. Remember to take time to focus on each energy point individually during this sound bath to will allow for release and clearing to take place.
When your Throat chakra feels balanced and aligned you will have a greater sense of Self-Expression.
This will open doors for you, allowing truth and honesty freely into your life.

🥰 just from playing once the other night , my singing voice is on point !! And plus I’m a queen of swords so u know when we have something to say we have something TO SAY . So I’ve been getting shit out . Swiss cheesing everybody up . Even whistle blown on few situations that needed addressed . And I’m playing for second time now . My throat immediately started vibrating and pulsating and then my throat flappy things started flapping and then when you switched up on the sound my tongue way in back at base started rotating along with the bowl . Involuntarily ! You guys are heaven sent . I’m gonna play this for my dementia patients who have major speech problems and see what happens . They want to talk so bad and can’t even communicate their needs , i know what they need but some don’t . Can you imagine being thirsty or uncomfortable and can’t say anything? God has a special place for you guys up there .
