Awwww your spirit is radiant! Definitely get a body pillow, I use to sleep with it between my legs and have it extended more towards my head (if that makes sense) so it won’t be so uncomfortable while sleeping on my side. Amazon also sales pregnancy pillows but the body pillow can be found pretty much anywhere and does the job just as well for half the price! Wishing you a healthy pregnancy!!!

When I was pregnant, I read that sleeping on your left side increases the blood flow to the baby. Congratulations!!

Get a heating pad and turn it on low- cover it with a towel and you can place it inside your shirt. It’s not direct heat so it won’t burn or anything. I have five children. It’ll help tremendously.

Eat a lot of carrots during this time helps with the eye colors . Take lots of picture each week. get your belly mode and hang it in the baby room. Just have fun! May God keep on blessing you and your family.

Hi Evvie! Prayers and blessings for you both and your little one. Your excitement about your baby when sharing just warms my heart. God bless you! Alternate sides if you can, when resting and try a body pillow, positioning it between your knees. Sometimes being slightly elevated helps rather than lying completely flat but what works for one may not work for another but prayerfully you’ll find the comfort you and your baby need.

Cramping can be normal...but please don't assume too much if the cramps become unbearable please see your doctor. I watched you on the Four and I just love your energy. God be with you and your husband and that beautiful baby.

I'm so excited for you all ❤️❤️❤️❤️. It's better to sleep on your left side, because your left lung has three valves to breathe from and you right lung only has two. So you get more oxygen and breathe better sleeping on your left side. Have you also thought about buying a body pillow? Those are really helpful and comfortable.

Try a full length body pillow to support belly and put your legs on hopefully it'll make side sleeping more comfortable.

Sleep on your left side. There's a major artery that runs down the right side. Body pillows are a life saver!

Do you have cramping at week 11 .. I have intense pain straight for 15-20 minutes middle and right side and back too

My mom said she slept on her left sides each time she was pregnant. Plus I think the left side is better to sleep on in general. You can research it. 💕 Anyway God Bless you and your little one.

Congratulations, what a blessing! It seems as if you may be having a boy because you haven't had a lot of morning sickness. Boy or girl, I know that baby is going to be as beautiful as that baby will be precious. In addition, that baby is going to "sang" just like Momma and we all know she "sangs!"

Definitely sleep on your left side! I think the C shapes pillows are more comfortable than U shaped. Also girls typically give a lot of morning sickness symptoms, boys not so much! I’m 35 weeks 🙏🏾

Right side associated with stillbirth and the back position impedes blood flow. However if you elevate pillows and sleep on your back at angle, my OB said it’s okay 💗

Sleep on your left side! You’ll find that in the baby app. Try not to sleep on your back.

They only way I was comfortable to sleep was on my stomach and the doctor told me it can't hurt the baby. my son just moved lol to the side of my stomach that was not toward the bed.

I'm not saying it's not normal, but talk to your Dr about the cramping. You're still early in your pregnancy. Keep them in the loop with anything that concerns you. We have faith, but that's what they are there for. I am rejoicing and praying with you and your hubby. 🥰
