If the police was on the scene and didn’t do anything then it would be the officers in question. The system and the laws are what keep allowing these criminals out of jail. The system failed this woman and her child. They should have laws in place for domestic violence’s abuse and those who violate them, meaning if it’s a violation of the order there should be a mandatory hold on anyone who violates the order. Period. Fix the laws and the system and vote those into office who cares enough to ensure the safety of the people. Ijs.
