I have unfortunately buried 2 children myself and I pray that this family can share their childrens' life stories to help others. It gets easier but the pain never leaves. It's a shame that a family in crisis has to ask for money to get their son home.

Not really, there was another kid named Noah who went to Disney land and had chronic kidney disease. Make a wish didn’t even give him a single good thing that they said they would. No wheelchair, standing for 45 minutes in line, safety hazards and unclean rooms. Yes, make a wish is a very kind company, but things like these SHOULD NOT happen.

I couldn’t even imagine what it would be like if I was a parent who lost a kid in front of my eyes. I especially can’t even imagine what it would be like if I was in Mikey’s world, going through the trauma, and eventually leaving this this earth too soon, scared of my own passing. I am glad I was born healthy with no health trauma whatsoever and have so far surpassed his life and that I still have many more decades to go. You should be glad that you are not in Mikey’s world, and if you are, I know that you’ll tell me that a better place exists after life. RIP

So very sad. I watched my 14 year old go from this big strong boy to this week little boy who needed care 24/7 who in the end had to ask me or his grandma to wipe his bottom or to help him have a shower. It was sad. Getting told that the chemo was working and that we had 2 more chemo rounds and he would be back at school and back to a normal life that was on Friday afternoon on Monday morning he was gone. It was so quick not even his Drs seen this coming. I wish this family all the love
