Nice Freddy! I don't use a pressure washer except for doing concrete but I made a soft wash system with a northern tool 5.5 gpm pump and two 26 gal tanks one for chem one for rinsing and a wand with a jrod for lots of water volume. I know it takes me longer then with a pressure washer and xjet but I can make my own mix strengths this way. People make sure when u use a pressure washer on house u put a jrod on the gun! Less pressure more water volume is the key!

Are you toning down your pressure on your pressure washer? Looks like it's toned down on the xjet end. I used mine yesterday for the first time and there's a lot of pressure for the first level of the home but I'm going to pull back the pressure washer psi today and see how that feels.

Its SH and Some type of soap to act as a surfactant. The soap helps get up the dirt the SH (bleach) helps brighten the concrete. A lot of people spray it and let it soak 3-5mins then hit it with the pressure washer. A common SH product is pool essentials which has a SH % of 10% or pool shock which is harsher and it's a SH of 12.5%. Pour about 1oz of soap to 1gallon of your SH and go.

Yo Freddie question? I have an 3100 psi 2.6 gpm I also have an 15 inch Surface cleaner it says 2500 to 3300 psi range but would this give me the power I need or do I need to purchase a smaller surface cleaner?

He's using an XJET. It pulls about 30% solution instead of the 10% from the injector. I personally don't like using the XJET because you are more likely to kill plants. Take your time.

And one of the videos I watched, the guy mentioned the Clean Water Act and how we're not supposed to dump Any chemicals in the drains. But we CAN dump on site, as in on the dirt or ground.

You are correct Jose. Any chemicals on the driveway or elsewhere that run into the storm drains is a violation the Federal Clean Water Act and is putting the homeowner and these pressure washing guys at risk. Just like you can not empty a pool into the gutter on the street because the water does not get treated before going back into the environment. The only legal way to do it is to collect the runoff and dispose of it properly. Once collected you would be able to dump it down a sewage line for example because that water goes directly to a treatment facility. The simple fact is a lot of people let stuff run into the gutter that they should not. As a business I would not use the SH on anything that would leave the property just to be safe and especially if you plan on posting a video of it online.

Pro Tip- If you get 💯 percent of your jobs then you are too cheap. Also, the customer is not paying you for how long it takes, they are paying you for your knowledge. It’s ok to pass up some customers.
