being a little brat punk when robocop came out i thought this pinball game was really cool, great memories of playing and watching it being played. thanks for explaining the rules and showing the game off, was a treat. i liked everything DataEast did.

nice work on this game. Also, since it is Stern's 30th Anniversary, they're doing a full retrospective on their Facebook page of all the pinball games from it's history as Stern, Sega Pinball, and of course, Data East Pinball, and this game was covered this week. And it is an underrated gem which was one of the first DEP games to use licensed intellectual properties (along with Playboy). As for the game, it was one of the grand prizes for a contest in which the player had to press the right phone keys (since the gimmick of the contest was that the phone was linked to ''RoboCop's weapons system'') to win

I remember playing this is Nashville tn when we visited in 2016 it was the only Robocop in Tennessee, when ever I here the music, it brings so much memories, but the pinball arcade is permanently closed and I will really miss that place

Nice work on the Robocop pinball! The original movie is one of the best sci-fi/action movies but was very much a product of its time. They remade it a few years back starring some great actors but the story/pace of the movie didn't hold a candle to the original.

+Christian Sebastian Gonzalez yes...he didn;t have the mechanism ready yet...many rob that coil to fix another coil on a street location. This Robocop was in a private home when we got it and that coil probably was taken out when game was just a couple years old!
