A hypnosis induction is usually only an induction whether rapid induction, a progressive relaxation, or a stage show induction. Normally the induction itself does not include embedded techniques such as metaphors, colors, analogies, forgiveness, or other suggestions that include the purpose for the client’s visit.

So easy that it can be read from a script. A non-hypnotist can read it to a friend or family member in support of comfort, healing, rest, and sleep.
