I worked at an arcade back in the day and TOM was my favorite pinball machine. I was looking up videos of the game in play for nostalgia's sake, and stumbled across your upgraded refurb posts. I have to say, these are so beautiful, with the LED retrofit (and the color screen from video #518) it almost brings a tear to my eye. Your technical and aesthetic expertise in restoring these games is nothing short of amazing; an inspirational love letter to a lost art. I haven't climbed inside a cabinet myself in over 20 years, but I love watching you guys work your magic. I've subscribed to your channel and I have a LOT of videos to catch up on. Thanks for everything you do!

Todd I know how you feel about your Theatre Of Magic. I felt bad when I sold my Bansai Run pinball too but it was time. You still have all your other mini video games to keep you company. Hang in there.

Oh my a real beauty Todd. This is my dad's favorite pin too! (he used to fancy Funhouse...the traitor!) I'm hoping for a Bad Cats video sometime (probably my favorite even though it isn't the most popular...just love the sounds on that pin!). Now that grad school is finished maybe I'll be able to afford one when I land a gig :) and you know who I'll be calling to track it down! Loved the Wallace cameo as usual. was playing Theatre of Magic tonight and couldn't stop laughing. hadn't played it in a while, and all I kept hearing was "SHOOT FOR THE MAGIC DRUNK!!" instead of "shoot for the magic trunk!" !! I'd laugh so hard that I lost focus every time!

Todd, why were two versions of Theatre of Magic sold? One version has a issue with the right ramp, which apparently prevents some shots being possible & consequently effects scoring strategy! I'm not exactly sure what the deal with the "bad" ramp tables is? Thanks, hope to hear from you :)

TRUNK was always cracked split from too many hits. Great design how ever too bad could have use stronger material to stand up to the steel balls in the game. 😈

Original truck was rubber...new ones were plastic..which broke easier!
