Its a known problem. I just replaced mine with the improved versions from T-Man Performance.

@@boganvogue6694 I did it as preventative. I was changing to roller rockers at the time. It is a common problem though. Search youtube for T-man head breathers.

Buy the T man performance oil transfer breather. Sorts out all that drama I put them in my 18 rgs 60,000ks ago.

You couldn’t tell. It’s just plastic passages that wouldn’t hold up cutting it in half.

the top of the head needs shaved the factory cnc machine left groves on top of head

It. Wont fix the problem is the oil pump . bigbprobles with this engines m8 . are nfg . !!

It isn't the fault of the oil pump,this is a different issue, this breather valve can be not working properly.
