Cheriyan has quite a mouth on him. I’m sure he was just scared shitless. It’s impossible for these cops to sneak up on the suspect with all their keys jingling and their radios going off… ridiculous. Btw, if they decided to take the elevator instead of the stairs, they could have gotten smoked. Crazy how a seemingly inconsequential decision like that could have ended up saving their lives.
