Hes a die hard collector and probably top three when it comes down to transformers reviews (one of my favorite) .. its just to bad that he needs to spend his hard earned on trash then have to go and spend more for hole fillers and table wax just to have a decent figure to 1. Do a review and 2. Have something worth looking and fiddling with in his collection . I just wish something would come out thats is of the same quality as his reviews.

TheLazyEyebrow actually designed a foot fix and window replacement for the earthrise vans that are probably the best you'll find, but I believe he's only got the 3d files for you to print yourself...

I got that kit 3D printed somewhere, and the toes end up kinda backwards... it's less aesthetic but avoids partsforming. That said I'm getting two of these kits because I don't mind taking them apart and I think they look better. Also, the gap fillers. The TLE's I got don't have those.

Yep. E.R. Ironhide and Prowl, Amazon canceled my preoder too. Guess mine must've been in that shipment that was supposedly lost. I wanted Prowl but I'm good with Siege Ironhide and Ratchet as well.

I dint get siege ironhide or ratchet because I heard of the earth rise one coming out. Then I pre ordered the E.R iron hide and prowl and on the day of delivery it was canceled because it was out of stock. So I don’t have ironhide or ratchet

Seeing Iron Hide at 10:44 made me think. You know I could see him with Mystery Machine colors. From Scooby Doo. And then the idea of an entirely separate Transformer As the Mystery machine. Beachcomber because he is a Pacifist, and those are Hippy colors.

You could shave down the roof/shields slightly and make them sit flush, I bet. So between upgrade kits and Toyhax stickers, a Transformer toy now effectively costs double what you pay for the base toy but it looks oh so much better when you're done.

forreal !! it's a really unfortunate side effect of the franchise focusing on the nostalgic adult collector as their primary target. being a younger collector these days or one who can't afford full commitment to the hobby can get frustrating because of that.

I just got this kit for ER Ratchet and the bumper is for left and right as the tabs on the inside you cut was not necessary if used for the correct side. I do concur though about the top not setting correctly on the back. The replacement toes should have been just slightly shorter in height to make everything fit perfectly. Regardless I enjoy your reviews of addons and all the TF products. Keep it up!

Sometimes parts forming bothers me, and sometimes it doesn't. With these kits, the new feet would bother me more than the original feet. However, I don't have either of these figures, so I guess it doesn't matter. Lol. Still a great review. Love your videos.

I bought a filler kit for Ironhide and a different foot replacement that imo looks the best of all the ones out there. It has painted windows, no part-forming. I also painted the side windows, though that has the side effect of having the black on the front of his legs in bot mode, but I don't mind it at all.

This upgrade Kit is SOOOO BAD! I bought the one you mentioned that is on a hinge is much better. I bough the parts forming one for Ironhide and the hinge one for Ratchet. The hinge one is MUUUCH better, it does not have that gap in vehicle mode and does not parts forms!

The one advantage this kit has is that it retains the 5mm feet holes. And the arm filler parts. Depending on your preferences, clean back windows in one piece may or may not be worth giving up power-up rocket boot capabilities.

That's it? Just arm fillers and new feet for transformation? Yeah, no thanks. I'm just gonna skip these ones and get the weapon upgrade kits from Matrix Workshop. At least those will be worth my while and money. I'm personally not bothered by the ironhide/ratchet/crosshairs mold having the feet at the back of the alt mode, but I'll give credit where it's due for those who don't like that part of the transformation. They're there for those who want it gone.

You should get a printer man. Get a $250 Anycubic Photon Mono. It's a resin printer that doesn't produce "the crimes" as you call em, I know exactly what you mean though. An FDM printer has a resolution of like 0.1 or so for a really nice one. The resin printers go down to like 0.01, at least my Photon Mono does, more expensive ones go even lower. Once you figure out your settings, the results are absolutely gorgeous. Like you won't see ANY sign of it being printed. All in all it'll be around a $400 entry fee, but it's so worth it, especially for this kinda stuff. You can just go to thingiverse and get all this stuff for free. Just don't be an ass and sell other people's work, which I know you wouldn't do that anyway. But for your personal collection? Yeah man. I just started back collecting and only have 6 bots so far, but they've all been extensively upgraded for the better, for like 10 bucks total.

This has to be one of the most horrible ER figures there is. Tracks is mechanically a bad toy, but looks good. This just looks bad (without the upgrades) and is mechanically bad. I sincerely hope they release an improved version in the studio line; ratchet and ironhide are the only figures I miss and I will not get them in the current state.
