Seen this man on the road in NY before and this shit was hella quick(and this was back when the car was green and pretty sure made less power than now), a lot of people really sleep on the TTRS imo, but its one hell of a platform that probably still has a lot of room for people to explore. You dont even need any kind of crazy setup with a TTRS to be a little rocket either, just need a few relatively easy/small upgrades and a good tune and the thing will be cranking 500-550hp+ and be able to dust A LOT of stuff youll see on the road..plus theyre hella fun.

Yeah. It’s a lot less power but, it’s also all context. I’m running the same power as those guys in Canada are in my TT RS but, their cars are completely gutted and are fully dedicated 1/4 mile cars. Dre’s car and my car are still street cars with all of their creature comforts. I won’t run as fast as he will or those guys in Canada unless I up the power about 300+whp. I still enjoy driving my car on the street and being able to take turns so, I’ll never completely go down that road. On top of that, I still manage to get around 22-23mpg on the highway, which isn’t terrible at all when you think about it.

I’ll most likely go for a full frame next year and jump up the power into the four-digit range but, don’t expect me to go extreme with it. Dre will most likely take it as far as he can go.

It’s funny bc my first car real car was a 2001 GSR now I own a 2019 TT RS and it’s hands down my favorite car. I don’t daily it and it’s definitely a head turner. I only have the stage 2 + tune sitting at 550HP on 93 and it’s plenty I eat stock V8s all day anything else is just overkill I’m old but when I hit 50k I’ll put the iROZ kit on it I got awhile to think about it. Right now it looks stock and rips hard on launch absolutely love my car!!!
