To go down in the name does not mean someone has to say a specific phrase over you, if thats the case your salvation is based on the person that said the phrase (remember in Acts when people used the name Jesus but didn't have the authority in Jesus to back it up) To be baptized in the name means to be baptized in the authority of Jesus.Your baptism is not any more valid because of what some man recited over you as you went down, in fact in scripture we never see the Apostles quoting a phrase right before they immerse someone in water. And folks aren't going to hell because a man didn't say the right words over them when they went in the water, Jesus nor the Apostle ever taught that. You should go back and read Acts because in most of those passages they were not talking about water baptism anyhow but holy spirit baptism. Lastly if the name of the Father son and holy spirit is all Jesus (which is not true) as you claim then when someone says I baptize in the name of the Father, Son, Holy Spirit, they are not baptizing in the title, they are baptizing in the NAME of the one who holds the title. Jesus NEVER claimed to be the Father in John 14:5-11 He clearly stated I am IN the Father and the Father IN me. Nowhere does he ever stated he IS the Father he always teaches that He and the Father are united as one, but never the same being. In Acts2:36 it says GOD made Jesus both Lord and Christ, if they were the same God would not have to make him anything, it still never says Jesus is his own father.

Dance is good and praise is great. It is indeed a command in scripture but let's not forget that if the house is not in order our praise can become a nuisance to GOD Almighty. All of these convocations are being held but the doctrinal errors in this organization continue. This should tell us that the truth of God's word is not being proclaimed. Let us repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and be filled with the Holy ghost as the scripture commands (Acts 2:37-39),(Acts 10:44-48). Let us desire real sanctification which includes body,soul and spirit; sanctification is not only internal it is also external (1 Thessalonians 5:23),(1 Timothy 2:9-15),(1 Peter 3:3-7),(Genesis 35:1-4).

Helloo, Jesus said be baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost (Matthew 28:19) I agree with what you were saying about being in order. But it seemed as if you’re statement was only driven by the fact that they don’t baptize in Jesus’ name. I don’t think baptizing differently should be such a big deal… baptizing in Jesus’ name and in the Father Son and Holy Ghost is really meaning the same thing lol😂 All of us are sinners and we’ve accepted Jesus and are being baptized as an outward expression that we are a new creation, and we strive and hunger for holiness. And we are filled with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives utterance! The apostolic’s or the oneness denomination isn’t the only way. Jesus is the way! My desire and prayer is to encourage all of those who have an ear to hear to search the scriptures and compare what they see being displayed here and if it lines up with what the Apostles of Jesus Christ taught... You are absolutely correct in your first statement that Jesus said to baptize in the name of the Father,and of the Son and The Holy Ghost. Where you are incorrect is in your assumption that he meant to repeat those titles over a person when baptizing. When you read the scripture in context you will realize that this instruction was given to the 11 Apostles SEE > (Matthew 28:16). Now, when you go over the Book of Acts where this command was fulfilled, you will see that both Peter and the other Apostles Baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins (Acts 2:37-38),(Acts 8:15-16),(Acts 10:46-48),(Acts 19:3-6). The name of God is Jesus Christ not father,son and holy ghost. Salvation and remission of sins is in the name of the LORD Jesus. Baptism is just one of the errors that cogic has. There are many others such as divorce and remarriage,head coverings,wearing jewellery,Worldliness,The three gods doctrine which is making many reject the baptism in the name of the Lord, women preachers,the celebration of pagan holidays,fornication,homosexuality,prosperity preaching and many others... This is a CLOWN Show! The music is MAN centered, not Christ centered. We are to sing spiritual song, songs led by the Spirit who testifies of the SON - h 1 Depth of mercy! All that yelling and screaming and musical instrumentation and plain just showing off with this COGIC song is of the flesh. Just go back to the hymnals. The songs there have life.

I don't care about a time in church History you couldn't sing at all. The LORD's command has ALWAYS been in EPHESIANS "Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;" and COLOSSIANS "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.”. Any and all arrangement of spiritual songs should emphasize the MELODY ("making melody in your hearts"). The music should ACCOMPANY (not OVER POWER) the lyrics. This is not the case with Black Gospel where we know the emphasis is on BEAT and RYTHYM. Thus, with their music, you can dance to it and even slow grind to it because their music follows the same style as carnal, worldly and secular music. Music is never neutral. Music has influence and impact, that it could be used to draw certain bad emotions, thoughts and responses out of the listeners. Frank Zappa (a rockster) said about his own music "Rock music is sex." The big beat matches the body’s rhythms”. B.B. King, said in his autobiography, “The women reacted with their bodies flowing to a rhythm coming out of my guitar.” You just can't have any of these worldly type musical arrangement added to some lyrics mentioning the name JESUS and call it WORSHIP! For example with Christian RAP darling LaCrae. His quirky beats and rap, spitting lyrical words Jesus and Christ, and Holy Ghost and faith, and hope, and love or whatever will only create a type of cognitive dissonance, an appeal of confusion between the flesh and the spirit in man. As with the Clark Sisters as well, and these COGIC choirs. The LORD knew EAXCTLY why He had the writers pen those verses in Ephesians and Colossians. The LORD know these things should be to admonish. His commandments as RIGHTEOUS, and man can DO THEM! He NEVER tempts man to do evil. Problem is, man would rather create his own ways and traditions. They choose to believe like Bill Gather who said "God speaks through all different kinds of musical styles”. HE DOES NOT! The devil has his style as well. The devil's music is in COGIC. He uses their music to get people worked up spiting, falling out, running, laughing, even becoming lustful and sexual, and Satan tells them this is the Holy Ghost!
