i had a situation like this before. a girl killed herself in my team for school in like 5th grade. i didn’t know her, but i heard she was very quiet. when i watched this anime it reminded me of her. it made me think that i had a chance to change her fate if i had stepped in her life. this anime hits on a whole other level. 10/10 recommended it to everyone i know.

This anime is so Bittersweet that it hurts. Its one of those where you wanna keep watching it but every time you do, you only get sadder and it hurts but its beautiful. Kayo and Satoru, i wanna be in your world, where there arent people judging me or bullying, where i can be myself and be with human people like Satoru and Kayo. But it is a town without me, and therefor everytime i think of this world i get both happy and sad, and it hurts like a knife to the heart, that all these people in this story are just fictive charcters in a winter month a place far away in the imagination of your own mind. The thought that Satoru and Kayo never got together again, is even more heartbreaking, it makes this world even more forgotten only in the hearts of us people, and more painful to think about. I wanna go to a place like this world where everyone has a higher purpose and a goal, where we all are together to achieve this higher purpose and there is no one left behind. Where we are not afriad and everyones love warms hands and hearts in the winter months like the people in this world stayed warm in the winter. But we will never go to this world, so we can only dream and imagine to come to the places we want, even though it might hurt, to not be there standing physically. This has appeared in my youtube feed after 8 years. I haven't watched it ever since. I have a very happy married life, nothing to comment, or to be sad about.
