its just saying we cant be saved by the law(because we have all broken the law at one time or another and if we dont keep the whole law we are guilty of the whole law), but only by grace thru faith in Christ.. but yes its true that The Law (not the 613 jewish ordinances) Holy and good and just and that we as Christians are to try to be Holy.

Those 613 "ordinances" come straight from the Torah/first 5 books of Moses and are perfect in every way, the real problem is how the rabbis we're interpreting them and "adding to and taking away" from them. God said that David was a man after his own heart and if you read psalms 119 you will see why God said that about Daniel, because he loved all of God's laws decrees and ordinances. Love and peace
