Between the 911 dispatchers, both police departments and staff let this woman down, as well as the victim. Total retraining, suspensions, and even removals maybe appropriate. In the end, perhaps if there was actual intervention by the police departments, the 911 dispatchers took these calls seriously then perhaps there wouldn’t be a victim. But we will never know.

The 911 operator is not qualified to do this job. She lacks compassion, empathy, and just isn't a nice person. This young lady needed help, and the operator treated disrespectful, in my opinion. If she is tired of the job. Find something else to do, like work with snakes at the zoo.
