No, they're a scam - people's accounts are being signed out, closed, blocked access to money because they have no cash flow and selling the money to others for loans and they are paying people to write reviews for their shambles and fraudulent 'bank' which will be closing in the near future once brought to light for the authorities - look at articles eg. from the telegraph etc
