Wow that sounds really damn good, Honda really made the exhaust nice this gen. I’m going to the dealership today to trade in my Mazda 3 Turbo for one. How’s the MPG with the downpipe now? Any tunes?

Cars running the TSP stage 1 tune and honestly my gas mileage hasn’t changed at all, seems to average 7.5L/100km and mostly city driving plus I’m not the easiest on it haha. You’ll be happy with the SI, it’s a fun and engaging daily for sure!

Yeah I will respond, my IG was hacked months ago. They got me pretending to be a close friend, they hacked his account and me thinking it was him they hacked mine too. I would avoid a bov because it will throw off your fuel trims and cause a rich condition between shifts, I’d recommend and intake and resonator delete to get more sound

hey late response but i’m currently running an prl intake and did a little diy cut into it to act similar to the new one they dropped and i hear my turbo pretty loud, it’s amazing for just being an intake sounds like i have a bov when they don’t make any for the car. if you want some sound clips i got you in the morning

It definitely does burble stock it’s not crazy loud but I hear it with music low. I went from a 2020 civic sport MT to a 23 Si and the sport never made those noises.

I have the same exact vehicle, colour and everything. I didn't order the HPD kit for mine, but it was an option available to purchase right from the dealership.

Hey thanks! I ended up adding mine when I purchased the vehicle so the price includes labour, I think if you order it after the fact the pricing is similar but you get dinged with labour if you want the dealership to install it… I could be wrong

Feels like it picked up 15-20whp in the upper rpms. The 90A RMM was super stiff initially but now that it’s broken in it’s really not that bad at all and it helped a ton with wheel hop

Loving all the videos, I’ll hopefully be getting an si in Bop soon hear in texas if I can find with little to no mark up. Last dealer I talked to told me the total with fees and taxes would be $48,000 a $16,000 mark up when at No mark up it would be $32,000. Wish me luck

@@kurtkruger9903 ended up calling 10 dealers on Monday to see who gave me the best price, found one at msrp and it was recommended to me by 2 others who purchased at msrp for them. Now I’m just waiting for them to get some allocated and I’ll be securing one. They told me they think they will be getting the 2023 model which might have a price increase. I hope however that a they will receive the 2022 and be here around august to September. Finger crossed sucks I have to wait but gotta do that for the best price.

Good move Joel. Get that deposit down and secure your position. I've personally owned the 5, 6, 8 and 10 gen Si,s and the 11th is undoubtedly the best. The waiting is the hardest part but your patience will be well rewarded.

I have the tsp tune also and on map 3 im not hitting the 25psi. (Only getting around 21) Just wondering what peak boost you are getting since youve had it awhile. Is the tune set for diff boost levels in diff gear? Thanks.

Depending on the gear if I roll into it on map3 in second I’ll see 18-19, 3rd sometimes 20-21.. if you start the pull at low rpm say 3000rpm for example I’ll hit the boost target of 23psi, if I flat foot first 2nd into 3rd I’ll see as high as 24-25psi. I’m sure it depends on a bunch of different conditions such as rpm, throttle input, etc but I noticed it’s not consistently 23psi

Most likely not. That just happens because of the way the downpipe was built. The stock downpipe has a cat that kills the burble. This downpipe seems to be more free flow.

Haha rev match still works fine. 100% If you do get a CEL, go for a drive, turn your car off and on about 4 or 5 times and the lights will go away and rev matching will come back and work fine.

Hey dude so I got the grey one. I got all prl stuff and intake..phearable race tune. And intercooler I'm doing couple days. I also bought the 27won downpipe which I had on and then took off. I thought at first wasn't giving me all the power I felt with the prl on but then comparing the 200 cell vs 400 cell on prl. It's restrictive. What would you say to that? 27won at least called me saying even though prl is 4.5 inch vs 3.1 inch for 27won that having the bigger size doesn't even kick in totally until 400 even 500 horsepower. Should I put 27won back on? Sounds so much better especially with the prl frontpipe. And then July 20th 27won is dropping their catback which will be ridiculous with the downpipe. Let me know. 400cell is more restrictive than 200cell that makes sense but I always hear great things about the gesi cats. I guess having a 4.5” 400 cell is a lot less restrictive than a 3” 400 cell since the cells themselves would be a lot larger. I think in this case the 27won 200cell would flow slightly better than the 400cell PRL/Gesi. That’s not a knock on PRL, I ran all PRL products on my 10thgen build, their big turbo kit with the gtx2860, all their boltons and they’re all great products but this time after talking to 27won quite a bit I decided to give them a shot on my 11thgen build which I’m sure I’ll use all their products like I did with PRL on the 10th. It’s all personal preference, I’m ocd so I’d try to stay all one brand unless one brand has a significantly better performing product. When it comes to the downpipe/exhaust though I think 27won knocked it out of the park with the downpipe and especially with the frontpipe/exhaust combo being released… I’m not a fan of the PRL single tip exhaust at all

Yeah same. The oversized tip look is stupid plus dual tips is how the car was made should keep that look. I guess the prl somewhat was a little louder in upper rpm or more vibration like drone actually and I was taken back at first with 27won cause doesn't have that but now since I put prl back on I can tell it's not actually desirable. And they told me also that their downpipe would probably perform better like you said cause the 200 cell goes well with our engine.

So you think that even though the prl is bigger that it's still restrictive with the 400 cell? Cause 27won did say yeah the bigger cavity might be better past 500 hp or for the type r but they said theirs was rated up to 400 450 hp

You could really dig into it and figure out the size of the cells themselves given the diameter of the downpipe but I say it’s super close where they probably dyno within 1-2whp of eachother
