@@lindaali6703 the "guaranteed win" is still a 1000 to 1500 loss. And the 10k limit has to be set because they can't afford to pay 22k if it hits 1000. (7500 profit). Pretty basic stuff really. A lot of small gambling ventures do it in 1 way or another.

The first time you played plinko and kept hitting 1000, the owners admitted they had set the game up incorrectly, so they definitely have control at least of the odds of getting a good spin.

Yeah, I pointed out the same thing. They have SOME type of control, at least some way of adjusting the payout %. BUT, I think something is wrong with it perhaps, it should be more random than just hitting same # over and over and over, even if they are low numbers, there s/b some variance. I wouldn't play it again unless they have it checked out by a repair person.

Josh - The coin sensor could be disconnected(which given how many coins you put down could be it). Or if they just replaced the CPU board. Check the coin sensor to verify it works, if it does reset the board to the factory defaults. I've fixed my fair share arcade games / slot machines, so its worth a shot :)

WELL JOSH, I remember the video when you landed 1000 two times in one session and you felt bad. Then you said they had to adjust the wheel set up, so they took you for 2000 in this session and you settled for 1000 when you landed it twice. I find it hard to believe there is no adjustment, so you mean to tell me if it was on a 1k rotation they would have payed you 22000 doubt it.

Josh, I watched this video with great interest. While I do agree that the machine is not being rigged, there is something that is not right. I consider it a malfunction that it always lands on 10. I think y'all should submit a problem report to the proper department so that it goes to the programmers for a look-see. This is supposed to be a random number generator, but obviously it isn't. There's a variable somewhere that is not being reset before each spin. Please see if you can get this problem in a programmer's hands, because this is not right! I feel really bad for you, and I know this is not something Mike would do. Just hang in there and see if you can get something done.

I agree I don't think Mike would do that but I do know that there is a casino in Ohio that has the same game and they can set the sensor to release quarters into the playing field and it every time it spins it lands on dollar and every now and then it will end on $2 wish I was surprised to see you because I didn't know the wheels went up to $2 but apparently this one did but yes they can somehow be set to land on whatever the setter person wanted to land on

Hey josh, I am sorry to say but the people you trust so much have done you right over. I used to work in the Coin Push Hall in my Local Casino and the have "Set" that wheel to hit ten each time. We had 15 Plinkto machines and I assure you they can be "Fixed" That was one of my jobs each morning was to make sure each machine was set differently but Never at 1000 :( Thas is one of the main reasons I left that job

It could possibly be landing on 10 over and over because you disconnected the coin counter so it doesn't register the amount paid in so it's not going to register a payout to land on anything other than the lowest amount
