12,000 devotees brave rain to witness consecration ceremony of Sri Thendayuthapani Temple

Around 12,000 devotees braved the rain to witness the consecration of Sri Thendayuthapani Temple on Jun 1. This is the first such ceremony held at the place of worship since it was gazetted as a National Monument in 2014.

Its a beautiful hindu temple. Indian craftmen have always been renowned for magnificent architure n beautiful work. I think our spore indian craftmen are not capable of such beautiful facade, mandala design. Have to bring in artists n craftmen from india, n maybe from newari too.

It is clear to EVERYONE in SG that LKY wished and wanted his house to be demolished instead of turning it into a Temple of Monument. He had said it publicly with full video recording, written to PAP Cabinet personally to express his stance and even written it down in his own memoirs! Eventually stated very clearly in his own last Will! So what’s the problem? Why is PAP Gov under LHL leadership dragging his father’s name and the whole Singapore into the International mud? What is he trying to achieve? Shame us all just because his own father didn’t agree with him and his party?
