I started PS4 with Horizon when my son gave me his machine during Covid lock-down. Loved it, finished it and then struggled to find another game with the versatility to travel around then I saw your vids on KZbin. I bought the game and started playing it. In 2 years I have logged in nearly 2000 hrs. on console.I believe I've watched 2000 hrs of yours and others content! I dream about it. Thanks to you and others I only play this game. Going to get sentimental for a second. I have been watching TRMZ’s vids since 2017, but because of COVID, 2020 was the first year that i was actually able to tune in live to his twitch streams. This video in particular elicits incredible nostalgia for me. TRMZ’s quarantine streams were an important source of stability and camaraderie during such a strange time. I won’t blabber on too much, but I made SO many digital friends during that time via his chat, and i am forever grateful to TRMZ for fostering such a lovely community. It also feels like a second ago that i was watching these clips live from my couch. So much more to say, but you get the point. All the platonics.

Honestly I think it was the same for me. Pretty sure the KZbin algorithm started showing me these videos and shortly afterwards I downloaded it. Now it’s one of my favorite most frustrating games. Always find myself coming back to it. It’s lack of in your face complexity and endless side distractions really appeal to me now that I’m a gamer in my 30’s with less free time. It can be super relaxing or incredibly stressful haha.

I have really been thinking about it, and I think I'll start playing DayZ more often again. I used to play it while it was a mod and really enjoyed it, clocked hundreds of hours.
