...Thou shalt not use sheetrock on the walls in the "wet room" - not even the green one... Should've used Durock -or at the very least Hardi-Backer board. Cement boards will [almost] never mold/mildew. The floor needs to have been leveled with leveling cement. BTW, the screws might be why the floor is popping up - it needs to move a bit with heat/cold 🤔🔥

@@icmpeko the sheetrock for bathroom s is light green in color I forgot the name of it but it is used for bathrooms and kitchens. I used it in the past maybe thirty year ago for rental houses I owned when I was younger and had a Mason business

Particle board should never be used for flooring. Says the man who has been stuck living in a forty year old house with particle board flooring. Payable on death is so much better then a will or a trust. Wills and trust or too easily argued about several years now. SucksI have a paid for house elsewhere.
