Actually I can tell because the UI in the bottom of the screen tells me what plate each Arceus is holding before the moves are selected.

I wish pink Arceus is here in the game which is fairy type it’s OK it doesn’t appear in Pokémon battle Revolution but it’s only in Pokémon legends Arceus

It can change its type based on the plate it's holding. Plates are unique items meant for Arceus. There's a different plate for each type.

Is this game modded by any chance? Because I don't recall Arceus having that sheen on its model or transforming upon entering battle

Arceus transforms when holding a plate. That's not modded, it's Arceus' unique ability. I play on emulator with a higher resolution than what would normally be possible on the Wii. I was also able to remove the blur from the game thanks to a tool called PBRTool, resulting in a much clearer image.
