I really appreciate your lessons. They are the only genuinely free lessons on the interweb with paper work i can actually read and understand. Keep her lit Rob.

Thanks Rob for all your lessons ; showing and explaining in terms I / we understand , I find the traveller & parlour size guitars ( metal string ) easier to hold and play with my small hands . You are helping my learning to play; and you are a great teacher with a cheerful personality. I'm a 79 y.o. ; started learning in my early seventies . cheers Bryan , Sydney , Oz

Just discovering you Sir. Pretty awesome. 👏 And your album is quite interesting. Particularly like “Shooting Star”. My brain adds some strings and brass with a little flute and woodwind. First time I heard a few Led Zeppelin songs played by an orchestra I was blown away. Probably from my college days listening to the group Chicago. Anyway love your Chanel.!! Thanks. Really appreciate the simplicity of tour teaching. Oh. Thanks from the USA.

I need this. I’m trying to practice my guitar playing. I’m self taught. Mostly just KZbin videos over the past 15 years. So I’m intermediate I’d say. I’m right on the edge of real good and this helps. You got a sub.

I really appreciate the effort you put into the video & the downloads to make this . . . idiot proof? I remember ages ago my Computer Science professor saying "there are 3 levels of programming: foolproof, damn foolproof, and idiot proof. sadly, nothing is idiot proof." but his just may be. well done, Rob, well done. especially since when the video started, I was tempted to close the window at around 1:10, thinking "I'll never do that!"

Question Rob why do you leave your strings rolled up on the head of your guitar. P. S. Love your vids since finding your site it is now a go to gurdt gor me.

Hi Dave, not having cutters available at the time is the honest answer, and then forgetting. 😎

Only found you a few days ago and love your casual/humorous approach and teaching technique. I just hope you will not be offended by my question????? At 12 Minutes you are showing us the 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 up, up. You are very careful to show how you picked 6 away from the guitar., so my confusion is why do we place our finger on the 5th string at fret 4, when you never even play it!! What am I missing?? I apologise in advance if this is a stupid question. you don't seem to be hammering. Many thanks.
@fennahrob69344 ай бұрын
Hi Ian, when you play the ‘up up’ the finger on the 5th string at 4th fret should be off. It’s only on for beats 2 and 3 of the down strokes. 👍🏻

Please no more 12 bar blues crap, 90% of KZbin guitar videos are the dreaded minor pentatonic "12 bar blues" blues must be the most boring thing ever.
