I can't search chrome://flags to reset it because the error won't let me. It is the only one I enable yesterday. My device is also not pixel. help

Most important, is there any flag or any way by which we can move the top menu to bottom?? There used to be a flag called Duet for this, but google removed it. Reaching to top for every action is a pain on such big phones. 😭
