भाई आप सही से सुनिए क्या कहा जा रहा है and क़्या लिखा हुआ है लिखा सही है पर explanation मे थोड़ी करेक्शन की जरूरत है - वो लीज पर देने के लिए एलिजिबल नहीं रह जाता नहीं होगा बल्कि यों एलिजिबल नहीं होगा कि उसे लीज पर लैंड मिले (basically मतलब ये है की उसे अब आगे पट्टा पर लैंड नहीं मिलेगा ग्राम पंचायत से )
