Don't take a loan when you want to get a mortgage as it will affect the loan to value from your mortgage lender that is your affordability. Probably wait until you have completed your mortgage/ purchase of the property

lol I get this comment every other market day. Thanks for your comment Emmanuel, so I speak for myself and not my husband. He may also not want me to put him out there so much as we’re very different persons. I’ve always been in the public space he hasn’t. So when I say I, it’s because I’m speaking for myself.
