Hi there. Doing most of these detailed cleaning since 2020. Always have a spray disinfectant on hand to cover all cleaning areas. Can get stressful but it becomes a good habit. Here in South Africa, Covid precautions are still in place and people are out and about more than ever. Stay safe everyone.

What tips do you have for someone to clean that has contamination OCD. How often to clean an area. My fear is if I don't constantly clean then things will contaminate other things and my bed clothes or close in the closet will stink. I cannot put clean clothes at the end of the bed as they may smell like feet.
