Now i know where the first pacific arts festival held,,, also the first pacific game held in fiji. Just wonder why neally all festival and happenings in the pacific always commenced in fiji?

I don't think Sabai Island situated next to Papua New Guinea could represent mainland Australian Aboriginal people at this festival.
