just to note one thing actually we aren't studying for 12 hours its only 10hours. the 2 hours goes into breaks so actual productive hours are only 10

It is a yes and a no , those 2 hours are obligatory to let you complete the 10 hours so I consider them part of study time when I recap what I did during the day
