I had done solo bike trip to srinagar gulmarg baramulla and pahalgam in september 2021.I met a local at apple valley who invited me to his home and had lunch with his family members of 14 people.They also gifted me walnuts and apples from their farms.Such amazing memories refreshed.

Yaar khoobsurat nahi hai. It's a cesspool. Overflowing drains, choked Jhelum river and canals, densely packed houses, little parks or grounds, zero tree cover, narrow roads and poor infrastructure . All Downtown has are these heritage buildings and shrines. Nothing else.
